"Fantastic stay!! Would definitely stay again. It felt wonderful to be away from the city. They upgraded us to a loft suite, which our son loved, as it was his birthday. Friendly staff, friendly guests, wonderful fires to sit around and blissfully quiet. Some dust in the corners, but generally in great condition for us ❤️"

"We didn’t have a great experience during our stay. Overall, the hotel felt unclean and poorly maintained. The hot water in the shower wasn’t working properly, and the room cleanliness was below expectations. The breakfast area was especially concerning — the station itself was dirty, and dishes and utensils appeared unwashed. I’m not overly picky with hotel breakfasts, but this made me genuinely worried about cleanliness. The pool area also didn’t feel well maintained. The chlorine was extremely strong, the hot tub wasn’t very hot, and there didn’t seem to be any enforcement of rules, with guests drinking alcohol in the hot tub. We have fairly low standards when it comes to hotels and can overlook a dated property, but cleanliness is important, and that was the biggest issue here."

"Reserved room wasn't on the first floor as requested, all amenities such as pool and hot tub were unavailable, towels in suite were WET, the room wasn't prepared for our reservation and arrival at all. Very Very unimpressed and will not recommend this establishment."

"We loved it so much, we booked another stay. The cabin was as described, very spacious and in a great location. it allowed us to fit our family of 5 easily, with space for more if we wanted. We loved that there was a few items in the kitchen we could use, such as oil, salt, pepper and coffee. "
