I have stayed at Brackenridge twice. The first visit was with another person, and we stayed in a suite. The second visit was by myself, and I stayed in a standard room. I preferred the suite for the following reasons. More than one of the wall outlets in the room did not work. I had to unplug the lamp in order to plug in my laptop. The bathroom had a step up, which I was not expecting. Having a bad knee, this was a challenge for me, but I made it work. I had a difficult time getting connected to and holding wifi. This may have been just the room I was in, however I seem to remember having this trouble during my first stay as well. Other than those few things, it was a nice place to stay. The gentleman who arrived me was polite and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet. The location is great. I will stay here again, but I will ask for a different standard room if I am by myself again.

Our room looked out over the the beautiful countryside. It was very quiet and restful. We really enjoyed this property, and it was very close to the historic area which was very convenient.

The owners of the property were very nice and helpful. My husband has dementia and was having trouble with the remote. The owner came in two different times and helped him. Went beyond what was expected!

We won't visit again.
This place is beautiful but the staff is not nice and the air conditioning was broken so it was super loud. My husband did not get a good nights sleep due to the sound. I try to make the best of every situation, but when I mentioned the issue they were very defensive about it and not at all apologetic.
