Backing onto private forested mountain. 60' covered front porch.
Located on cul de sac with no traffic. Very private setting backing onto a forested mountain. No backyard neighbors.
Weber bbq, New 3 x 60" smart tvs with high speed wifi internet, netflix, cable tv and xbox. New ping pong table. Pool table has just been updated. New linens, new towels, new sheets.

Gourmet kitchen comes fully stocked with quality amenities, mostly new. It's all supplied.

No need to drive. Everything is within walking distance.

Presidents’ Day Weekend in EVL

Another great weekend in Ellicotville at Steve’s house! This is our fourth year in a row renting Steve’s property and the best one yet! Everyone loved relaxing in the hot tub after hitting the slopes and the kids had a blast playing air hockey and ping pong in the basement. We cooked most of our meals in the well stocked kitchen and were also able to walk into town in less than 10 min. Highly recommend this great house with a tremendous host who is communicative and very helpful. Thank you, Steve!

Great place for family

Wonderful spot- very close to town and the mountain. Nice hot tub for relaxing at the end of the day. Bedrooms are nicely configured for families. Hated to leave!!

The home was very clean and well stocked. It was completely as advertised and the basement is great for some family fun. The location was perfect and was walking distance to the village which was nice. Overall this was a great rental and I would definitely recommend it for future travelers.

Wonderful week stay in Ellicottville

My husband, two adult children and significant others, and my brother stayed here for a week. We really enjoyed how close it was to walk into town, the wonderful hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, and plenty of space for everyone to cook together and relax. We all had a great time at this house .

Annual girls weekend

Same group of girls have been going to Ellicottville for 25 plus years. This home is by far the best for our group. We love it and are ready to book it again for next year. Nice very accommodating owner too.

Great House

Our family had a great stay at this property, which was just as good as advertised! Plenty of room for two families and lots of fun for the kids. Large kitchen and bedrooms made us comfortable and the hot tub was a nice bonus. We had heavy snowfall during our stay (great for skiing) and the driveway and street were plowed early. Owner was responsive to our questions and we hope to stay here again!

Much needed getaway

Steve did a great gob of communicating with us and making everything easy. The property is wonderfully located in Ellicottiville with easy access to everything. It was clean and had most everything we needed, though we didn't take advantage of the hot tub or the game tables.

Girls yearly get together

This home is perfect in every way. Our group has been getting together for over 20 years. This home by far is our favorite. We have rented it for 3 consecutive Fall Fests and plan to continue. Host is awesome. House is spotless and well equipped. Location is great.
