The reserving guest is responsible for any guests that use the property during the term of their agreement. \- No unlawful activity or any other activity that constitutes a nuisance is permitted on the premise. There is a dB meter located in the home which will alert the host if the sound pressure level is elevated during quiet hours. OUTDOOR GRILL \- If grill isn’t turning out, turn it off, wait a few minutes and try again, repeat We offer a propane tank only and propane must be filled by each guest for their visit POOL \- Please do not touch the pool system in the backyard \- Pool/Jacuzzi heating is turned off during quiet hours SURVEILLANCE For your safety, there are multiple security cameras on the premises. The location of the cameras are in these designated areas: Driveway Backyard Patio PARKING Driveway parking is able to accommodate 4 vehicles. Street parking is available SMOKING \-Cigarette butts left outside of the main house will result in a $200 fine. Please use an ashtray. FIRES Fire Pit must be OFF during quiet hours (10:00 PM-8:00 AM) - Violation will incur a penalty Do not leave any fires unattended Please do not pour any liquid onto the fire pit as it will damage the gas fire pit. The host gave us clear directions about how to check-in with ZERO problems. All areas around the house were very cleaned and organized. The pool was amazing. The host provides many pool towels which was very helpful. The host responds very quickly and is very much understanding with any situation that might come up.
