"Small room but tidy and amazing location on the Horsley Estate. Beautiful. Wi-Fi was rubbish. Yummy breakfast and good service. Recommend it. Price is good. "

5/5 Excellent
"Lovely hotel overlooking Thames river. My husband and I stayed 3 nights to celebrate his 60th birthday. We had a room with a beautiful river view which I believe was a complimentary upgrade, and were given a surprise gift to our room of Proseco and chocolates.
We found the staff extremely helpful throughout the stay.
The TV in the room was not working properly and when reported someone responded within a matter of minutes- although it was not possible to repair it we were offered the choice to move to a different room.
There was an extensive choice for breakfast and again staff were always helpful.
We would definitely consider returning to the hotel when in London in the future.

"It's a relatively new and modern hotel that is accessible directly from Heathrow Terminal 5. For a traveler who is in and out of London within a day or two, it's super convenient. It's easy to travel in and out of the city via Paddington Express (15-20 minutes)or the Picadilly Subway Line, though that ride takes a good 45 minutes. Otherwise, it's an excellent, clean, well run, well kept hotel that feels very comfortable. "
