Enger Lofts Hotel is your adventure-town getaway in the heart of the Craft District of Duluth, Minnesota. Remodeled in 2020, this 1800s era warehouse features a modern kitchen, soaring ceilings, & large windows inside an airy, cozy studio. Grab your coffee from 190 Coffee inside the building & head up the North Shore.

→ 2 BED LOFT:
The space was finished in 2020. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 huge windows and tall ceilings making this loft very airy, elegant and modern. It has been thoughtfully designed with two or four people in mind.

→ LIVING/DINING ROOM
Enjoy a view of the cozy Duluth Hillside from anywhere in this area: while sipping coffee on the couch or enjoying a meal at the dining counter area. The Poly and Bark couch, soft rug and cozy throw blanket will make you snuggle up and enjoy the snow fall.

→ KITCHEN:
The kitchen has full size appliances, white cabinets and white quartz countertop with bar top height stools. It is a beautiful place to cook your meals and enjoy the view. It has a fridge and freezer, 4 burner electric stove with oven, coffee maker, and all needed cooking and baking utensils.

→ BATHROOM
The bathroom is minimalist, spacious and airy. It has a shower, toilet and white vessel sink.

→ ENTERTAINMENT:
There is a Roku TV and sound bar in the loft living room. Please bring your own credentials to access channels on Roku TV.

→ DINING & DRINKS / CAFE / GROCERY MARKET
Cafe: 190 Coffee and Tea, on the first floor of the building, is open Monday - Friday 6am-7pm. Dining: OMC Smokehouse, within a 5 minute walk, is open 3-9pm S-Thurs. and 3-10pm F-Sa. Drinks: Bent Paddle Brewery, within a 5 minute walk, is open 12-10pm S-Thurs. and 12-11pm F - Sa.  Markets:
Ren Market, on the first floor of this building is open 10am-6pm M-Sa and 11am-4pm S. Goat Hill Marketplace, on the first floor of this building, is open 9am-6pm every day. 

→ PETS
Enger Lofts is a dog-friendly property. We welcome 1 well-socialized, well-trained dog per reservation. Dogs cannot be left unsupervised out of a crate in guest rooms or cabins for any amount of time. If your dog is not used to being crated and may become agitated and bark, disrupting other guests, please consider this in your travel plans. In all public and common areas, dogs must be leashed/under full control of their handler. Any property damages caused by pets will be assessed and may be charged at the discretion of management. CHECK-IN | 4PM
Check-in is available from 4pm to 10pm. If you will be arriving after 9pm, you must contact our host team at least 24 hours prior to check-in to confirm late arrival access. Should you request an early check-in, we are happy to assist if accommodations are available. While we can't guarantee an early check-in, we will let you know as soon as the cleaning team has the space ready for you.

CHECK-OUT | 11AM
Check-out is at 11am. Requests for a late check-out should be directed at least 24 hours prior to departure. Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be granted when possible for an additional charge of $50 to upgrade your check-out time to 1pm.

GETTING THERE
It's about 5 minutes south of downtown, 10 minutes west of Canal Park and 10 minutes southwest of UMD.

PARKING
There are two parking lots on site for tenants and guests as well as free street parking.

ENTRY
Your code will be provided after booking. Codes are changed after every guest.

THE LOCATION
The area is in the lively, popular craft and brewery district of Duluth. There are other tenants in the building and it is a respectful community.

HEATING & COOLING
The window air and heating unit is controlled by a wall Thermostat. 

INTERNET
High-speed that is suitable for multiple people streaming videos, remote work, surfing the web, and answering emails.


OUTDOOR SPACE
The outdoor patio space that is managed by 190 Coffee and Tea that has patio furniture and string lights for your enjoyment (May - November). 

THINGS TO DO
Duluth's many mountain bike trails are a popular attraction! We are also centrally located to Canal Park, Park Point Beach (the longest sand bar in the world!), Lester River, Superior Hiking trail access, historic Enger Tower and many breweries and restaurants! 

SECURITY
In an effort to keep the entire property more secure, we have installed a security cameras on the exterior and public interior hallways of the building.


STAFFING / Emergencies
Our staff is available by email/text message between the hours of 8am-9pm. We are always happy to help. We recommend calling 911 for emergencies. 

CANCELLATIONS / DEPOSITS
A 50% deposit is charged upon booking; this deposit is refundable up to seven days prior to your arrival date. The remaining balance is charged in full, six days prior to arrival, at which point your stay is non-refundable and non-cancellable. A 5% fee is charged with any cancellation.
The person(s) or party registering is responsible for all charges and/or any damages to room, furnishings, fixtures, or property and agrees to reimburse WAYPOINT COLLECTIVE by the credit card given at check-in and also gives WAYPOINT COLLECTIVE authorization to do so should damage occur.

CONCIERGE
Concierge is available by text between the hours of 8am - 9pm. We are always happy to guide your journey - from local recommendations, reservations and more. For emergencies, always contact 911.

PET POLICY

PARKING
Complementary parking is available in the Enger Loft Tenant lot, as well as the Enger Loft Public Lot next to the hotel building. You are welcome to unload and park on the street as well. Trailer and camper parking is not available.

SMOKING
No smoking of any kind allowed indoors - any odor or evidence in the loft will result in a $500 fee.

EVENTS
No events allowed. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors and be respectful of the quiet hours of 10pm - 8am.

GUESTS
People other than those in the Guest Party Roster set forth in the reservation may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person on and in the property is the sole responsibility of the guest.

CLEANLINESS
No shoes inside - please remove shoes at space entry. If excessive cleaning is required due to your party, an additional cleaning fee may be charged. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down any toilet. No Feminine products should be flushed in any toilet at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the plumbing system, Guest could be charged damages of up to $1,000.00.

PHOTOGRAPHY
No professional or third party photoshoots allowed unless permitted with written consent from the Host at least 30 days in advance.

LOST & FOUND POLICY
Your host is not responsible for left behind or lost items. If something was lost, please contact our Concierge to locate the missing item. If found, we will gladly send it home to you for the cost of shipping & handling.

MINIMUM AGE POLICY
You must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a stay at our collection of stays. No exceptions.

DAMAGE POLICY
If damage to the property, furnishings, landscaping and other in-stay enhancements; please report immediately to your host. If guest at fault, repair and replacement will be assessed by management and a damage fee assessed at the discretion of the host.

QUIET HOURS
Respecting our neighbors is important to us. Please observe neighborhood quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM.

MAIL + PACKAGES
Mail service is not available at any of Waypoint Collective properties. Please refrain from mailing packages to the property and contact the USPS for guidance.

EVENT INQUIRIES
No events allowed. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. For event inquiries, please send us an inquiry through our hotel booking site if you are looking to rent one of our apartment spaces for an event or photoshoot. We have a special offer for local photographers. For all other inquiries, please contact Waypoint Collective to learn more about our Conference Room and other event opportunities.

Great Stay!
We enjoyed our stay at Enger Lofts. We usually stay closer to the lake, but wanted to try something different. Great location, cool shops and restaurants. Our loft was perfect for our family, including our black lab pup. A lot of space and well stocked kitchen. We found some old records at the shop up the street and enjoyed the turntable in the unit. Nice coffe shop and a marketplace in the building.

Winter Trip

Great Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Enger Lofts. We were in town for our 11 year old’s soccer tournament and was glad to find this dog-friendly accommodation. The loft was perfect for us, with its 2 bedrooms and comfortable open plan layout. We really enjoyed the location, with Bent Paddle tap room across the road, and nice coffee shop in the building, and good restaurants nearby. It’s definitely industrial and that might not work for some, but totally great for us. The host was also fantastic and good at communicating. Probably my only complaint would be the loft could have some more forks, spoons, knives, and glasses (I think we had 4 forks?!?). Thanks for the great stay!
