« A nice property nestled right into the crazy that is Canal Park. I love the elevators requiring card insertion, as extra security is never a bad thing. The staff was awesome, always having answers and being very efficient with our requests. The breakfast buffet was very good! The only downsides were the phones in our room not having their cords attached, and the shower drain was not sloped enough or unclogged to properly drain the water during showers. Other than that, it was a great stay! »

« Good location to be able to walk to the train Museum. Hotel was as expected being Holiday Inn. We should have asked to be on a different floor than #4. Our room was too close to the open air lobby and elevator. Plus access to the pool was across from our room. No need for an alarm with kiddos running and playing loud for pool time. I wish the staff would of reserve our room for families with kids or at least ask us if we would like a different floor. »
