« Difficult review to write The staff was excellent with me, very pleasant and accommodating The reason for my poor review is the location of the hotel situated directly beside the train tracks and crossing. Our first night 3 trains came by the hotel from 12:30am to 6:00am, each one blowing their whistle at the crossing waking us up. This happened almost every night at least one train after midnight waking us up. The other issue was the hotels policy NOT to clean the rooms daily. We called...

« Absolutely beautiful property with great amenities...perfect for a 10 day stay, with everything you need to be self-sustained. Excellent dining choices very close like the Red Cow and the Canadian Honker restaurants...St Mary's Mayo is directly across the street with an active Shuttle to the other Mayo locations. « We have stayed at Broadway Plaza multiple times. It is our go-to property. It is quiet, clean and provides easy access to the Mayo Clinic and downtown restaurants and services. The staff is always courteous and efficient offering any services or items we may need. Our stays here have always been enjoyable. »

« You could live with the tired property but the beds felt like there were springs coming out of them and the pillows and sheets were terrible. Needless to say both my husband and I had a horrible night sleep. The location is great. It’s an old hotel that needs renovating badly. I would stay there again if they got new beds and bedding »

« The hotel appeared to be under construction, with yellow tape hanging everywhere. The front desk sells snacks but didn't take cash (and was a bit rude about it). The gym has no sauna and the hot tub isn't very hot. The breakfast was great and the room was clean. It's right across from the Mayo Clinic, a convenient walk across the street. »

« Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota is impressive. We were able to walk from our hotel through a pedestrian tunnel system to get to the hospital with access to other clinic buildings, restaurants and shopping. Very convenient for patients and families during the harsh Minnesota winters.I’m »

« I loved it was right across the street from Mayo Clinic. On Thursday evenings downtown they have a marvelous festival with music and so many vendors. You have to check out the fudge. The staff was great and I received immediate results from questions and requests. »

« Hôtel un peu vieillot, surtout le hall d’entrée. Au bord d’une rue en travaux, mais malgré tout notre chambre donnant sur le parking était assez calme. Salle de sport ridiculement petite ; grande comme un placard et seulement 2 appareils (vélo elliptique et tapis de marche si je me rappelle bien). On n’a pas testé la piscine. La chambre était très grande et la salle de bain pratique, car douche et WC étaient séparés du lavabo. Petit-déjeuner buffet pas très varié ni très fourni, mais correct....
