« Secure underground parking. Facility was excellent. Only draw back was all of the construction around the property. »

« The kitchen setup and laundry setup was excellent. The bathroom vent fan did not operate. The 2 chair setup for television viewing was small and uncomfortable. As well as there was no setup for a cup of coffee while watching tv. The location of television and the limited wall cable length restricted the ability to position the tv screen to enable viewing from the bed. The bed mattress was very firm. The location of the hotel to the hospital is excellent. »

« Hôtel récent, bien placé et proche de toutes commodités. Le séjour n’a pas très bien commencé car on devait avoir un canapé-lit pour nos enfants : il était bien là, mais pas déplié et lit pas fait. On a donc demandé du linge de lit à l’accueil et on a fait tout ça nous-mêmes… Chambre grande, avec une kitchenette. « I stayed at this hotel for my first trip to Mayo Clinic. The hotel has an hourly shuttle that is convenient. You can also catch the quarter-hour shuttle at St. Mary's (across the street) if you're mobile. The hotel is very casual. It's hard to figure out where to enter; I had parked and tried to get in a door that was only accessible to people with key cards; since the signage on that street indicated the hotel was *there*, that's where I tried to go in. « We love this hotel! It’s so convenient to the Mayo Clinic Hospital and only 15 mins away from the airport. Everyone we have encountered at the hotel was super helpful and very friendly! We love that they were able to accommodate an early check-in for us since our son was having an allergic reaction due to his medication and needed to rest after a day-long of traveling. We will always stay here when we need to visit the Mayo Clinic for our son’s treatments. »

« Clean, comfortable hotel in a great location. It’s surrounded by bars and restaurants. The parking garage attached to the hotel is not included in the nightly price but when we were there, it was only $16 for the night, not bad. »

« Too expensive for what you get. The rooms are small, the pool is small, and the "bar" is just a rollaway cart, and the "bartender" never showed up. The carpet in our room had stains on it. Breakfast is the same as you get from a Comfort Inn, but cost $19.50 per person. The best thing was the location, with many restaurants and shopping adjacent to the property. The staff were very friendly. »
