« Wonderful property with a few caveats. The amenities are great, and the location is ideal for St Mary’s. The apartment is large and parking safe and easy. That said, the bed is very hard and pillows aren’t great. The vents also hit directly on your face in the bed, so that was hard to get used to. I would stay again but only if I brought my own pillows and blankets »

« Hôtel récent, bien placé et proche de toutes commodités. Le séjour n’a pas très bien commencé car on devait avoir un canapé-lit pour nos enfants : il était bien là, mais pas déplié et lit pas fait. On a donc demandé du linge de lit à l’accueil et on a fait tout ça nous-mêmes… Chambre grande, avec une kitchenette. Le ménage et le changement de serviettes n’est pas fait tous les jours, il faut demander. On a eu un problème dans la salle de bain ; les lumières ne s’allumaient plus, et il a fallu...

« We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool along outdoor fire pits and seating. The rooms were spacious and I loved the kitchenette. Within walking distance to downtown with plenty of restaurants and shops. »

« We have stayed at Broadway Plaza multiple times. It is our go-to property. It is quiet, clean and provides easy access to the Mayo Clinic and downtown restaurants and services. The staff is always courteous and efficient offering any services or items we may need. Our stays here have always been enjoyable. »

« I thought that the suite I stayed in was perfect! And I was able to cook a meal there, with all the amenities! The staff was super friendly and the room was fairly quiet even for a Fourth of July weekend!walk to the icecream store ! Delicious »

« The good: Clean room, comfortable bed, very kind staff, great breakfast, convenient parking garage. The bad: Wall outlets in the room were all very loose and nothing would stay plugged in (the weight of the plug would cause it to fall out). There were no bath towels in the room (I assume the cleaning staff just forgot to replenish them). Overall a pleasant stay. »

« The hotel appeared to be under construction, with yellow tape hanging everywhere. The front desk sells snacks but didn't take cash (and was a bit rude about it). The gym has no sauna and the hot tub isn't very hot. The breakfast was great and the room was clean. It's right across from the Mayo Clinic, a convenient walk across the street. »

« From sweet Breck who checked us in and helped us find a room that worked for my husbands wheelchair to the afternoon clerk Josh who helped me heat up our dinner to the helpful lady at check out who helped me switch the charges to another card, everyone was wonderful! There is a reason this property is an award winner every year! They are outstanding! The wall full of award plaques is very indicative of the experience you’ll receive!! »

« I stayed here two nights while preparing for surgery on the third day. Our room was clean and quiet at night. Air conditioning worked well. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was typical, offering basic protein and carbohydrate choices. I met several other individuals connected with Mayo’s exemplary health care delivery system. It was conveniently located for the multiple LYFT rides upon which I depended. Very positive experience. Thank you »

« The hotel is incredibly clean but badly in need of updating, especially for the price. My bed was not at all comfortable, which is very confounding and disappointing as they have to know most guests are Mayo patients and need good rest more than most. Will not be returning; the Hyatt is only slightly more expensive and MUCH nicer »

« Staff were always friendly and helpful. Hot tub and pool were a plus for me. Did not need to go outside for any of my appointments at Mayo Clinic. Easy access to everything. Lord Essex restaurant has a great breakfast. Highly recommend the Kahler Grand Hotel. »
