"Its very cozy. Its clean and fully equipped! It has everything you can ever need on a family get away. It even has binoculars for us to use on our hiking. Love how its few steps away from the beautiful Lake Superior. Its so relaxing waking up to the sound of waves in the morning while sipping your coffee. Its 2 miles away from Gooseberry falls and very close to all trails that lead you to appreciate the beauty of the North. We will come back again !!!!!"

"Charming, rustic property. Very clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. Fireplace heats the house very well. We didn't need baseboard heat (or we could have skipped the fire). Loved the sauna. "The yurt is perfect, with all the amenities for a relaxed stay in nature. The owners have provided all the access to power, water, heating to make it like a well appointed hotel room, but in the country and with windows all around. I could happily watch the sky through the skylight for hours."

It was very close to Sax Zim Bog, and it was close to the gas station and Wilbert Cafe in town. We loved the lake view and all the amenities (paddle boards, comic book collection, sauna, gas grill, spacious kitchen, and large farm table for gathering to playing cards). Being a group that loves to cook together in the kitchen, the selection of kettles was a tad limited and a few 3 - 4 qt pots would be nice :). We would definitely recommend this place to others who might enjoy a quite scenic lake stay in Northern MN."

"This property was very clean, beds were very comfortable, towels were plentiful, furniture and decor was new and comfortable. There is no separate sleeping space except for a curtain that can be drawn between the 2 queen beds and bathroom and the living/dining/kitchen space. It worked for us very well and we plan to return."
