« Love this place. We did the Circle Tour and stayed here for our first two nights. We liked it so well that we cancelled our hotel for our last night of the tour and returned to Pier B Resort. »

« Absolutely amazing property! Room was clean, view was amazing (once the fog cleared), breakfast options were great, and the pool/hot tub area was a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. If you plan on spending time in and around Canal Park, this is where you need to stay! »

« Microwave wasn’t cleaned, bed table tops not wiped down but the place was fairly decent. Biggest negative is the parking is 2 blocks offsite and currently an additional $10/nights stay. Rooms are priced respective of the hotel’s proximity to the Canal Park and the Duluth Entertainment Center /DECC. »

« This is a pleasant modern motel on the outskirts of town. It has nothing special about it -- the room is basic, and functional. There's no in-room coffee or water heater. Also no closet or drawers for clothing -- just some external hangers. It does have a gym and a pool -- I used the gym and it was small but the treadmill worked fine. Breakfast is standard motel fare. Service was lacking -- in a three-day stay our room was never made up, but we did get one change of towels. My...

« Parking situation is very poorly explained and set up. The street markings out front appear to show that you can’t pull up, stop or unload at the main lobby door, and there’s seemingly no concierge. The actual parking garage is on the far side of the block on a one way system, we had to go around twice before we were able to identify the correct access point. Then - the walk just to the lobby to check in, with luggage, is about 300 yards via a bridge, another locked bridge with an intercom, down...

« Walls are basically curtains. Weird offset slats on the tops of the walls by the room so you can see light from the other rooms and hear EVERYTHING. Hearing the person in the next room toss and turn in bed. Some degenerate left baby batter in one of the toilets. »

« Been staying there since I was a kid. The restaurant looks great and has a very cool vibe. Room was clean and comfortable and parking very accessible. Staff was great. Watching the view from the restaurant while you rotate around is a must while you dine. »
