The staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly about it. Our room could have been little more cleaner, the bedspreads were dirty not replaced. The window was dirty outside and inside our patio had sticks and garbage behind the chairs.

First time staying here and the hotel was amazing. We booked a king room with a lake view and the room was wonderful. It was cozy and the balcony was the best to watch the sunrise, just enjoy looking out at the water or to people watch on the boardwalk. The free breakfast was really good and fresh coffee was available all day. They have free bikes to rent for the day, bonfires and smores every night. A huge plus for us is that every night from 10-11pm is an adult only hour in the pool, which is really a nice and relaxing way to end the night. Highly recommend and we will be staying here again on our next trip.
