« The room.was clean but nothing special. Our issues were that the area where the room was located stunk of heavy pot. Our room was on the 4th floor and the ice machine didn't work. We ended up.on the 15th floor for ice. We went back up to get more and it was unavailable. When we contacted the desk we were told to try other floor. The ac unit sounded like a plane engine. So either be too hot or listen to that noise. Pretty disappointing for what we paid. I would avoid this hotel. »

« Didn’t seem to be the most clean place around. There’s a super stained chair, the bathroom looked like an old closet that was made poorly into a bathroom and the toilet leaks, the curtains were all ripped, AC struggled to keep up, pool area seemed unsafe with a bad smell, the jets in the hot tub barely worked, doors are incredibly thin as are the walls, parking lot is very uneven and a bit sketchy to drive on, TVs are tiny and not super updated, and no housekeeping until the third night? « Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. At check-in, the staff was not welcoming and did not provide a positive first impression. Additionally, at the time of booking through Expedia, it clearly stated that complimentary buffet breakfast was included for all guests. However, the next morning, the staff refused and said no such benefit existed, which was frustrating and misleading.
