"Cute house with decent beds. Bathrooms are super small but not an issue. We couldn’t have a fire outside because they don’t allow access to outside chairs until mid May. Make sure to bring your own hairdryers, tin foil, hand soap for bathrooms. Hot tub wasn’t clean or ready for use but that may be seasonal also. We had a fun time!"

"Peaceful wooded setting near numerous wineries. Close enough to downtown Penn Yan for all conveniences but far enough out of town to feel country. "

"Check-in was flawless, kitchen facilities were really great- high end appliances and cookware. Our favorite activities at the lake are fishing and swimming, and both were perfect (though my husband caught zero fish)."
