Starbucks in the hotel with discounts to the room was a nice touch. Also really liked the selection of restaurants across the street.

The staff was excellent. I was in town for a medical procedure and needed a quiet room. The accommodated me and even upgraded my room. They were always friendly and the room was perfect. We ordered food from the restaurant to take up to our room and it was delicious. You have to get the Parmesan fries.

Great property, conveniently situated in the heart of the city. Great for families ( the rooms come with a fully equipped kitchen). Great for solo travelers as well. Very near to restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacy. Overall, a great stay.

Beautiful room! This hotel is so quiet, and every small detail is attended to like the wave of a magic wand. Fresh flowers are in every room and table. There are a choice of three hotel made epson salts (rosemary, lavender, and eucalyptus) to enjoy is an oversized tub. What an amazing experience from check in to the turn down service this hotel it first class. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. We are not big city people at all and were out of our element and the staff treated us like we were important. Can't say enough about the staff and amenities.

We have long known The Windsor Arms to be among Toronto's most elegant and storied hotels.
