"Good and central location. Staff was helpful and friendly. Free hotel breakfast was a nice perk, and the food options were actually good. However, the water temperature never really got hot enough, and the floors were a little dirty (didn't seem like it was mopped). "

"The staff on reception was very helpful. The room wasn’t the cleanest, holes in the pillows, cobwebs, also in the bathroom next door we could hear a lot of noise. The view was good and location is great."

"Parking through Easy Park was not a good experience I got the parking ticket despite having paid for 3 days through machine. The staff was unable to assist except guided to go to website or call easy park. I will be mindful next time when such parking conditions are offered."

"The staff were excellent at the hotel. While my room was clean. It's definitely needing some attention, maintenance wise. There are little to no amenities in the room. Coffee is provided in the lobby only. The coffee was horrific and not drinkable. Our room had a water view but there's also a viewing area on the 14th floor. I personally feel there are better hotels to stay at that provide the same room or better with more amenities. Parking was $50 per night which I guess is standard."
