Sheets etc were permanently stained. But it was hard to see that due to really dim lighting ... More visible in light of day. Breakfast was included but sad. Outside door didn't close so anyone could wander into the building at night. But it's South Dakota, not NYC ...

The owner/manager was very nice. Check-in was easy. The hotel is very close to the highway which is convenient but noisy. The 100-level rooms are half below grade so windows are directly ground level which is weird. The room smelled and looked like there had once been water damage that had been cleaned but not professionally. No baseboards and a few holes in the cement block wall (someone trying to escape?) my room and the interior and exterior need maintenance and updating. Shower pressure was good.

The property needed a facelift. Our room had mold in the bathtub and a dripping faucet in the tub. The bed felt like it was original from the day the hotel opened. It said free breakfast which was toast and honeybuns. For the price point it was terrible.

Disappointed
The room had very poor internet service and difficulty with no signal at times. The whirlpool bubbler not working well. The toilet in room was cracked and there was dried white stuff on bathroom cabinet. The coffee pot in breakfast room was broken

The room was dirty with carpet stains, stains on bedspread, toilet stains. The room was very dark. Had trouble with tv where staff came twice and then moved us to another room. We couldn’t cancel at this point. Breakfast “nook” had 3 small tables. Did not eat here. Worried about the cleanliness.

We didn't like anything about the property. We were glad we didn't spend a lot of time in the room as we were on vacation and taking in various attractions in the surrounding area. The room wasn't clean. We wiped down all touchable surfaces with antibacterial clothes. There was mold around the ceiling in the bathroom. The AC cover fell off and we couldn't get it to stay up. The plug ins were so loose we that we had to prop the plugs of our phones and medical equiment to keep them plugged in.. We didn't eat breakfast as there were too few choices and shortage of tables. There were two tables squeezed in the office lobby to seat guests. Due to the uncleanliness of our room , we were hesitant to eat. Reception staff was friendly enough , but his appearance was less than desireable as his shirt was soiled and his near shoulder length hair appeared to be oily. We wouldn't return to this property should we be in the area.

Great price and friendly staff. For a one night sleep on a long drive, it was fine. Needs updating. - blanket had cigarette holes, a dried up contact lens was on the bedside table and carpet is worn out. Otherwise I slept well. My husband had a hard time sleeping with bright lights outside the window.

Just ok if you want a bed for the night.
Hotel is Dated . Guess the management is trying to keep up cleanliness but no updates. Carped is dead, Ice machine didnt work , had to get ice from Juice machine , Mattress springs are dead is indented in the centre with the upper foam layer bloated . Sheets and blanket didnt look new or from Laundry. They are definately reusing the linen to cut costs or being lazy. We were travelling and checked in around midnight and checked out by 7am to hit the road so just served our purpose for a cost thats average and not the cheapest. Continental Breakfast juice machine is set to more watery juice. The hotel can benefit from making it fresh with better housekeeping for long term .

Pics online showed a nice remodeled room. Toilet and tub surround were golden yellow (so older). Mom’s in the toilet. Bathroom show dripped all night. Door would not lock. Overall just creepy place
