As for the location, it is super convenient as a couple of eating places are a short walk away, the surf shop's downstairs if you want to browse, and the harbor is across the street. Plenty of parking. This is a multi unit rental, and we don't think there were any other tenants during our stay, or at the least there was only 1 there. I have a feeling that walls may be a bit thin. It was a good, basic home base for exploring area - clean and had everything we needed. It's on the second floor above a surf shop and a restaurant. We did eat at the restaurant below and they were very nice - also went to both breweries, bowling, cheese shop, lighthouse, beach/overlook, tide pooling, Jed. The beds were comfortable. Our daughter loved the bunk bed. However, I love how hard the town is trying to adapt to the current and future economies. In other words, focus on the entrepreneurial spirit. You'll love it here. (Try the Thai restaurant.
