Ok I’m going to be completely honest in this review. The staff at this hotel, the best out of every hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Very professional, didn’t see one of the staff for 4 days and he still remembered my name instantly. Hotel was in great condition. They were also renovation as we were there. My only issues were 1) the gym. Needs a lot of work. There were 4 dumbbells in there. 2 x 40lb and I think 2 x 5lb. Then a couple of treadmills. Definitely one of the worse hotel gyms. 2) there...

Great location, walking distance to most of the main attractions. Great hotel, great style. Room was super nice and bed very comfy. Would stay again. Room with view on the river is great for the view, just a bit noisy at night with sirens and honks. But overall perfect stay in Chicago !

Making people feel special must be their superpower because I was pleasantly surprised by a special gift I received for my birthday. The staff was always courteous, helpful and friendly. I loved that the lobby where they had a few games you could play but was so relaxing and quiet that there were several people just sitting around and chatting. It's proximity to the L had its pros and cons. The only con being the noise but it was so minimal that you only heard it while sitting on the window...

Staff was very helpful answering any questions at anytime of day. Room was clean, many tv & movie channels, fridge & microwave. Bathroom was clean, with an accessable walk-in shower that dries well with door open. Hotel is about a half an hour drive from Chicago. Breakfast is a highlight of the place, eggs, sausage, breads, fruit, fresh pancakes & waffles, yogurt, juices and more! Overall a great, safe stay, would come back for sure.

This hotel is in a very convenient spot in Downtown Chicago. It's less than 4 minutes walking from Lasalle Station (blue line),Harrison Station (red line), and several bus lines. That means you can reach all the city's attractions quite easily. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. Excellent hotel

First time in Chicago. No room service which sucked but everything else was great.

The room is spacious and the bedding is comfortable. The washroom is sparkling clean. The breakfast buffet is an excellent addition to our stay. We all love it.

Visiting from Canada and stayed at Hotel 505. We had an amazing stay!!! Received a complimentary bottle of wine as we were celebrating our anniversary, nice surprise. Loved the rooftop terrace, which we were able to enjoy during this beautiful Fall weather. Our room had a corner view, was very clean and spacious . Hotel is centrally located and felt very safe. Good job Hotel 505.

Large, spacious rooms that had a nice seating area. Staff were very helpful, and they had lots of amenities (eg laundry machines with free detergent, large gym). Free breakfast was of stellar quality. Location is also very close to just about everything.

I wanted to express my positive experience during my recent stay. The hotel was great, the staff were very helpful, and the rooms were clean. It was also very well located, being close to all the exhibitions.

My stay here was excellent, the night I arrived they had a comedy show going on in the roof top bar, it seems like they have regular events going on, the room was clean and beautiful, the staff were all friendly and helpful, everything was within a short driving distance, I would stay here again.
