There was hair EVERYWHERE when we first walked in-- in the trash, in the sink, on the bed. It was obvious that they did not clean in between guests. Had to move rooms on the second night because there was no hot water.

The unit we received needs some taking care of- the walls had finger prints on them, bathroom walls looked even worse, bedroom carpet had some red stains on it, couch cover had a lot of dog fur on it which made sitting on it quite uncomfortable. Shower gel dispenser did not work.
