My elderly mother who was traveling alone fell down and break her elbow in this hotel. The staff literally kept her alive until I could come to TN. They sent her to the hospital in an ambulance, they got her a wheelchair and cane, they helped her get around her room, and they fed her every day. And, then one visited her in the hospital! I cannot say enough about what kind and generous people the staff here is.

Very nice property. Hats off to Laurel, the young woman at the front desk who got us efficiently and courteously checked in - not an easy task with hard-of-hearing elders with canes and walkers!

This was a quick roadtrip stop so I don’t have a lot to go on. The room was spacious and beds comfortable. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and the tub barely drained.
