"The staff were very helpful and friendly, I was surprised that for a 2 night stay the beds did not get remade. The dirty towels were replaced and the coffee was replaced which was good"

"We had stayed in the place for a night. The room is very big and spacious. Also clean. The hotel is situated in a plaza where everything is close by. Overall it was a nice stay. We had stayed in a quite a few Fairfield locations. But this was the worst one when came to breakfast. They had minimal options. This is the first place where they didint offer bread. It was only bagels eggs and bacon along with cereal and waffles. I think breakfast options should have been more. But other than that no complaints. "

"Great property! The staff were amazing! Everything was clean and well maintained. We were a little concerned that the rooms may be a little noisy but we barely heard the traffic at all. The beds were very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. We will definitely stay there next time we go to Kelowna!"
