"This hotel is amazing. I travel to LA a lot for work and I had never felt so safe and good in any hotel. The staff is incredible. The rooms are nice and always clean. There are not enough good things I can say about this hotel. I love it very very much. Will be back in a couple of week!"
"Best hotel in downtown arguably. We were there for Wednesday night and it seems on that day they have local artist come and perform 3-4 songs for us for anout 3 hours starting at 8pm. The rooftop pool lounge is spectacular. They play the best music. We got the corner studio on the 10th floor and it was breath taking. Felt like a studio apt. Yes there is homelessness. There is homeless ppl in EVERY downtown. Do not make that stop you unless u are one of those scared of life travelers then yes let it stop u lol. Youll see them anywhere u go though. "
