Christine was incredibly responsive, more so when you consider we were staying during the Thanksgiving holidays. What ever you do dont park for any amount of time in the parking lot where you pickup the keys because you will get towed. We were there five minutes, no exaggeration either, and our truck was taken with everything in it including my husband's wallet. It cost us 250 to get it out and ruined our first night there. Chicago is super bad about parking. Dont park on the streets either because you need a permit or you get towed. Use public parking garages and spend 50 per 24hrs. Its worth it. ##### Laurie W.
