Horrible experience! After check-in, I arrive at my room. The room was disgusting. The bedding was dirty, the lamps are stained, floors not cleaned, fridge disgusting. I could have dealt with that. After driving all day, I just needed a place to sleep. Because of the condidition of the room, I began a search for bedbugs. And what do you know? There were BEDBUGS! I immediately left the room and went to the office to check out. I showed the front desk staff the photo I took of the bedbugs and asked for a refund. I was there for all of 20 minutes. She would not give me a refund. Expedia even tried to get a refund and they still won't issue one. Save yourself the trouble and go accross the street to the Sleep Inn.
