"We stayed here for the Solar Eclipse of 2024. I chose this hotel specifically, since it gave us good options of highway access in order to decide where to go to find clear skies. We could head towards Niagara Falls, or go west, towards the smaller port towns on Lake Erie, which we eventually did. I was impressed with the level of service, the hotel staff always willing to help when we requested extra towels, blankets, etc. We were up one night in the lobby area as one of our group members was asleep, and the overnight manager even offered to make us fresh coffee. Overall, we had a great stay, and I will remember this trip forever, as we saw the beautiful Solar Eclipse of 2024! I even enjoyed having a couple of quick chats with the hotel staff about their own experiences in viewing the eclipse from the hotel parking lot, which meant a lot to me."
