"We were in Port Dover for a family wedding and rented this cottage for the Labour Day week-end with my daughter, son-in-law and grandson. The cottage has great amenities. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings, had a fire every night. Lots of games in the cottage, very clean. The coffee and espresso maker were a nice addition with a good selection of coffees and teas. Anyone wanting to stay in this area, we recommend this cottage. My only complaint was the windy weather -- very high winds...

You can bring your boat down for a leisurely cruise, or go fishing, as there is a channel right beside the cottage. Justin was incredibly helpful, and quick with a response, if needed! "Had an awesome stay on Long Point. The cottage was perfect for our group (3 couples in our 30’s). The beds were SO comfortable, the cottage was so clean and modern, and offered great amenities (bonfire pit was very popular!) would absolutely recommend this cottage to anyone wanting to visit the area.and would love to come back and stay again to experience it in the Summer."

"My family of 7 seniors gathered from across Canada for a 5 day holiday. This property was perfect! 4bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were just what we needed! The only thing we wished had been available was access to the Blue Jay games on t.v. That was disappointing. We felt that the stairs on the back deck could have been better outlined as our most senior family member didn’t see the edge of the top stair and he took a tumble. Luckily he was not seriously hurt."

"Ideal location to have people come and stay for beach walks, close to playground. Worked well for our needs. A bit inconvenient to have to bring sheets, towels and kitchen dish towels, but the house is well stocked with games/activities for the kids, blankets, chairs/seating, to do laundry, soups, paper towels, garbage bags. One final item is that the yard gate is currently quite difficult to open due to the grass hump built up between and either side of the car tracks. It's not impossible to...

"From the indoor fire place to the perfect comfy decor, this cottage was a dream escape for a long weekend. The hottub and outdoor fire pit added to the activities we could do in late March, and the beach was a 2 minute walk away. Little touches, like a fully stocked kitchen, bath and beach towels, and the arcade and board games made this place extra special."

The cottage was clean upon arrival and our hosts graciously left a bottle of wine and solar glasses to observe the eclipse during our stay (our reason for visiting Selkirk and this turned out to be the perfect location just for this).
