The Space:

This remodeled Lake Tahoe vacation rental has five bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The cabin underwent a significant upgrade which includes new living room furniture, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and cherry cabinets that give the kitchen a beautiful look. The large deck wraps around the east side of the property and allows for maximum privacy and relaxation in the sierra sun. Flat screen TV’s with DVD throughout the house are an added bonus. The wood-burning rock fireplace is a nice feature in the winter months. Nothing better than a real fire when it’s cold in the mountains!



All ABP vacation rentals come equipped with high-speed Internet, linens, towels, kitchen supplies (toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pots/pans, utensils), washer/dryer, and BBQ (summer only). If you have special requests, please let us know.



Important: On March 11th 2022, Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500 - $5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance.



Some Highlights Include:

•Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound.

•Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up.

•Parking is limited to the following number of spaces: 4



Due to extreme fire danger- The use of any outdoor fire pit or fireplace is strictly prohibited in any of our rental properties. All charcoal or wood burning bbq's are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
