2/10 Terrible

"Be prepared for the most unwelcoming staff at the front desk. On arrival they look at you as if you are bothering them, not even a “hello”. Property is poorly maintained. I would not stay here again! I would opt to sleep at the airport next time."

"Ended up being more expensive than I thought I was expecting $140/night and it became abut $250/night, I'm wondering if I paid extra for the upgraded room that was assigned to me to give me the early check in I had requested. I was willing to pay$50 extra for the early check, but disappointed in the final cost of the room"

"The toilet had a bad odour, the shower was dripping water continuously and it was disturbing my sleep. The carpets needs to shampooed and vacuumed thoroughly The door lock - defective gets jammed and unable to open the door and I had to get the receptionist to have it opened from his fob every time I wanted to enter the room, and he was also confused why it's not opening. The hallway is so hot and there's no air condition. Parking area is not clearly stating if it is for the guess except for the few spots in the front of the entrance, as it's always full and the receptionist was not able to help. Breakfast was very poor. At least some eggs would have been good. The muffin was not cooked properly. more pastry would have been good. Over all the front desk staff is really great, welcoming and helpful, which made. my life better. "

"We stayed at this hotel for a wedding and were crammed in a room with two queen beds that was very small to accommodate two queen beds. You couldn’t walk past the end of the bed if someone was sitting in the deck chair and you had to stand beside the closet to open it because there was not enough room at the end of the bed. This room should not be allowed to accommodate more than two guest with either one queen or one king bed. We didn’t have time to enjoy any of the amenities because check in wasn’t until 3pm and our wedding was at 5 pm. Our check in process was challenging and caused delays and we lost some time to get settled and finish getting ready before the on site ceremony at 5pm. We were not told about the breakfast options at check in either and had extended our check out by and hour only to have housekeeping knocking on the door an hour before our checkout time. The hotel itself is beautiful and the valet parking was convenient but I certainly didn’t think it was worth the expense to stay there."

"The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. Check in was easy and fast. The only thing to know is that there is no elevator or luggage carts available. The parking is free and there is a Tim Hortons in the lot. The access to restaurants and shopping is less than a 10 minute drive. Would definitely stay again."
