We have stayed at this property 2 years running and happened to be allocated the same room. We used to live 5 minutes from the property and knew it well for ease of access from the highway QEW, Ice arena just up the street, plenty of gas stations, food hall nearby and Jake's restaurant on site, local attractions, the malls a few minutes drive away and it has an indoor pool. Decent breakfast with various selections to choose from hot or cold.

The staff was excellent. I booked the hotel for the pool and breakfast which were both great. The room was very spacious. Overall the hotel had a non-smoking room, with a pool and breakfast that served my purpose. My own opinion is that a little TLC could be put into sprucing up the rooms which are outdated and look their age as well as other areas of the facility. I used the stairwell between the 1st and 2nd floor, carpet is warn out and has a lot of spill spots on them.
