Had van broken into and stolen while parked right in front of entrance under a light. Thankfully they caught them but was advised by the police that this happens all the time here. I could tell by the lack of surprise by those working this was a weekly occurrence at the hotel. Yet no cameras and no security! I would avoid this place and burlington all together.... go down the road a few minutes and stay in Oakville. We got our vehicle back but our documents and money were stolen. Not to mention they trashed the van and smoked cigarettes in it, also left their homeless shopping cart and other stolen goods in it when the police arrested them. Why isnt the hotel foing anything to protect its guests??? Saving a few bucks will cost you your business in the end!

Was just a one night stay. Everything met my expectations, only thing I should have made sure of was that there was a bath tub in the room. There was a shower (good shower) only. Also, the pet policy. There is a weight restriction. Your pet must be UNDER 35lbs. So for me this was the reason I had to cut my stay shorter. There should be exceptions for not just seeing eye dogs but for dogs with illnesses (ex. Medication dependant dogs, lg breed). My stay would have been longer & quite possibly future visits.

I don’t prefer this hotel room service they don’t have at all not good. I ordered towers to my room. I waited over three hours to receive a towers. I don’t prefer the hotel breakfast. There is not good at all. Even the coffee is not good at all well I don’t prefer the hotel and I was not happy with the hotel thank you.
