We come to Branson every December and honestly this would’ve become our go to BUT when I booked this hotel I called and asked if there were any cleaning fees or resort fees and the lady told me no it would only be what I paid on booking.. so I booked.. when I arrived I was told by the front desk supervisor on 12/9 at 8ish pm that I needed to pay $50 I asked why and told her I was told there was no extra fees and she then lowered it to $20 and with my kids standing there at 8pm at night told me she would not give me the room key without the $20 regardless of what I was told. So hidden fees and that much of. A fit for $20? Idk what I might be charged extra next time and the customer service was so awful I wouldn’t go back there ever.

This might be more on Expedia than it is on the actual resort. We arrived late in the evening and were informed they didn’t have our reservation. We waited 40 minutes for them to figure it out and issue us a room. Once we arrived at the room we received a knock on the door and were told that we were accidentally sent to a dirty room. Once we made it to our actual room I was shocked at how different it looked than the photos. The room I had intentionally booked look nothing like the photos on Expedia. Different layout and much older than the photos had shown. This was for our first wedding anniversary and I was pretty upset. We left a night early because we didn’t want to stay in the room and decided we’d rather just make the drive back home that night. The staff was kind and handled it the best they could but this was a super disappointing experience. Would not book again.

Love staying there. It’s usually our go to place to stay. Always nice folks and nice big condo units. Close to strip and Walmart just down the street. Definitely will stay there again!!!

What i did not like was no where that i saw when bookokg this stay was thst it was a time share ..and when checking in..they started asking about our finances and how hard it would be to get us in there ...even after i said we were not at all interested...it felt run down ..dated..light's are a good thing ..but so are curtains to block out those lights ..our bedroom was quite bright ...it was a very disappointing stay

Luxury at Branson
Absolutely fabulous. Our suite was spacious and even a balcony in the master bedroom. We had a kitchen with all the amenities available. We are already thinking of booking again with family members. Beautiful surroundings, lots of activities, perfect location and near all the shows. Of all the places we have stayed, this was the best ever.

Great as always
Great place to stay when we visit each year. This is our 3rd time staying here. The rooms are always spacious and nice, pool was rather cold this year. As always to get your parking pass you have to listen to the horse and donkey show.

In order to complete check-in you have to go to another part of the resort to get a parking pass. The person you will see for that is a time-share salesman. There you will get pressured to sit through a time-share presentation. It’s fricking annoying!

Loved the space! The room could use a better cleaning. There was trash from previou people under chairs that hadnt been moved, the dust is crazy. It really needs a dusting. Some of the chairs were stained and could use a scrub. It really needs a deep clean. There was an old cookie on top fride, and clothes in one of the drawers.

Resort fee cost not informed in advance of at booking or on email from Grand Crowne. Sales pitch for timeshare also at checkin. Very clean but outdated. We have stayed at other condos in Branson alot nicer. Spend the extra money.

Awesome mini vacation!
Had a amazing stay...beautiful scenery, very relaxing! The spa tub and the balcony was truly a game changer. I just wished I knew about the 1 hour vacation presentation prior to check in. Our presentation took well over 5 1/2 hours or more....hopefully it was worth it! We will see once we start trying to use our point and book future vacation.

Large units. Condition of furniture is getting to be poor. Maintenance issues with one of the toilets (tank was verrrrry slow to fill) and the microwave (stopped working after 6 minutes of use)

We had a 2 bedroom condo. Carpet looked dirty and stained. Bed and sofa bed in room A you could feel the springs when laying down. Did not look like they did a very good job cleaning both rooms. They need to do a better job cleaning everything in the rooms.

The room size and quality were probably the best in town considering the price. The rooms were on sale when I booked, so a 3 bedroom for less that 100 a night is a nobrainer.

Worst trip!
Condos are VERY rundown! In order to sit on the sofa we had to stack pillows on it otherwise it was difficult to get off the sofa. You don't get too much sleep, no curtains just cheap plastic blinds and the security light is shining on the windows. No patio or balcony with the 1 bedroom. No broom!

While our condo was the perfect place to stay there were two issues. One was the cleanliness of the pool.it was hazy and there were obvious signs it had not been cleaned well in a while. The mats surrounding the pool were grungy and you could see dirt and grime trapped below them. The second issue was with Capital Vacations. The mand , Sean, told us if we attended an hour and a half presentation we'd earn a Visa card worth $200. We left the "presentation" after three hours as we kept telling them our teen was waiting for us to get our day started. The whole thing felt decietful.

Great property for families not looking to stay up late. We were with a softball team and we like to stay up late. Also, winning a World Series championship should give a little flexibility, but at this place it did not. Several people out on balconies complained that we were in the parking lot, by the playground making too much noise. Which doesn’t make sense…. You can’t hear anything inside these units. Super peaceful and comfortable rooms. Also, be prepared to be sold on time share. I hate paying tons of money to stay somewhere and have people attempt to sell me more. When you go get your parking pass, be prepared to sit for a few.

Good place to stay
Pros: Condo was perfect for our stay. Loved having a full kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. It was also very quiet. It’s also very close to a lot of attractions. Cons: The indoor pool was freezing. It was way too cold to swim in so that was disappointing. Also, when checking in, there was a worker trying to get people to sign up for an informational meeting on future vacations. She wanted to give me a spiel and I politely told her no. She then insisted she had to do her job. I then had to tell her no again. I had 2 kids in the car waiting who were tired and hungry after a several hour drive. I then had to just walk away from the worker because she kept insisting “she had to do her job.” If she wouldn’t take no for an answer before giving me her spiel, how was she gonna take me saying no after the spiel? I was very put off by the interaction. Overall: it was a great place to stay but don’t plan on swimming!

When we arrived we had to wait 2.5 hours after check in time because our room was not ready, we arrived after the 4pm check in time. My husband asked for an ETA and we were told they did not have one. They did not offer us any explanation or accommodations, they just checked us in and said, “they will call you when the room is ready”. My husband had to call multiple times for us to finally get in a room 2.5 hours later. We had just travelled 6 hours in the car with three kids, we had no where to put our luggage so we couldn’t even go do anything. Once we checked in our refrigerator was leaking my husband called and they forgot to come fix it the first time so we had to call again, they arrived at 9:30pm. They did agree to come back and fix the fridge the next day so we could put our kids to bed. The bathtub was in the master was still dirty from the previous people, and most of the drains in the rooms did not drain water without having to removing drain covers altogether and that was another gross situation. There were some positives to the rooms, they were very large, there was no issue with noise from anyone staying in the neighboring rooms, and most the staff we encountered were friendly. I am not sure I would return to the hotel but it was decent and worked for the time we were there.

Black mold. Outdated. Big.
Everything is really outdated. The last day of our stay we found a large patch of black mold behind the main bathroom door. I called the front and they said someone would be contacting me but never did. Not worth the money to sleep with black mold. I’ll upload the pics since they chose not to contact me back or at least try to resolve problem

We had 3 rooms. When we arrived only one room was ready and they were working on cleaning the rest. They kept us updated and let us know when each room was ready. Property is well maintained. Units are a little dated. TV's could be updated. The dressers that hold TV's could be thrown out, they just make the unit seam dated. Price was right for the size of unit. They try to be sly with timeshare pitch but if you own a timeshare, you must not like saving money.

Love the rooms & layout. I have nothing bad to say except that maybe the cleaning crew could do a bit better. The place was clean & we enjoyed it & will be back, but there were a few little things that made us question if certain things were thoroughly cleaned. The phone smelled funky when I called to check out. But overall, very satisfied & we will be back!

Nice for a small trip
It was a nice visit. It said on the website that they had 3 bedrooms condo. I was very disappointed to find out it was 3 hotel rooms. I didn't feel like I got to connect with family because of it. It was quiet but close to the strip. I think they need to make a few upgrades to make it nicer cause it look outdated on the inside
