Modern Mountain Retreat

We are located in the foothills of N Boulder, 15 min drive from the famous Pearl St Mall. The exposure is east and south: early risers catch the first rays on the covered patio while sipping coffee. In the evening the nearby town lights and the rising moon wink at you on the horizon as you dine at the bar height counter at the edge of the patio. Excellent hiking, cycling (road/MTB/motor) adventure riding, cross country ski and snow shoe options nearby. Guests also enjoy the in ceiling speaker system, fully equipped kitchen and laundry.

Beautiful setting, cool space/aesthetic and terrific hosts
Knockout location perched up a hill overlooking plains toward Denver. Great view off deck. About 10-15 min drive from edge of town. Lucky's Market nearest grocery was great. The apartment is perfect. Felt private from main house. Deck was a dream. Super clean, fresh and great aesthetic vibe style. Very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Good water pressure for shower- robes provided and generous towels. Beyond thoughtful re the amenities for bathroom, basics cooking spices oil etc in kitchen as well as super snack basket and good coffee. Spouse worked remotely while there and Wi-Fi was strong and reliable. State of art washer and dryer as well as kitchen appliances. Host was very responsive. We had a great visit.

Wonderful Mountain Retreat
We enjoyed a wonderful stay in this clean, comfortable, well-appointed mountain retreat. Communication with the owners was easy and quick. The views from the deck were beautiful, including early morning sunrises. There were so many thoughtful details - from a welcome basket of treats and coffee, to comfy warm robes, and even informational books about area activities. Everything necessary to feel right at home was included. I will definitely stay here again.

Great Stay
This place was wonderful; from the added extra touches like soft robes and sheets to the extra snacks and coffee provided, to the cool decor and art. The space was clean and the view was fabulous. The communication was quick and friendly. I would recommend it to friends and stay again, for sure!
