Only problem we had was with parking. We were told the driveway would be plowed and even we arrived our car got stuck in a ditch in the front of the driveway stuck in snow - the driveway really was not plowed at all, and quite a few cars got stuck in the driveway just that day. I would definitely specify in the listing that it’s on the third floor. I do recommend this place, just beware is the drivers. ##### Katey L.
