Pink Palace is the best hotel in LA...the moment you arrive you are transported to another world full of luxury and history.

Timeless but modern elegance. Impeccably clean. Attentive staff. No tip facility. Walking distance to Westwood and on the UCLA historic campus.

A wonderful, comfortable experience staying at this Inn; very helpful and pleasant staff; exceptional buffet breakfast; and much more!

Very well maintained hotel, they use quality goods for everything.

Great service, helpful staff

If I go to LA again, for sure I will stay in this hotel.

We had steak dinner and it was terrible. The steak was tough. They don’t even give you steak knives. Couldn’t cut the steak with the regular knife they gave. Cocktails were terrible. We ordered pina colada and a margarita. We couldn’t drink either of them. We expected more from a high end hotel. The two drinks were $56 and the steak was $104. We wasted $160.

Quirky and cool hotel. Not the most modern but eccentric and welcoming and comfortable. Staff was super helpful and chill.

Always a wonderful place to stay.

The people there were very friendly and helpful. Welcome check-in drinks are a nice touch too!

I really enjoyed staying here. I stayed in a little duplex set back from the street. I love the layout of this property. Each room is a single cottage. I needed a place to rest and recover while on business. This accomplished that. very rustic. I could walk to a grocery store and several restaurants. The location is quite hidden, but I liked that.

Great vibe. The whole family enjoyed our stay.

Lovely staff, spacious room, most comfortable beds. Rooftop pool is a little small, but quiet and spacious with a bar and food options. Also have “wine time” between 5-7 everyday and free drip coffee in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again :)

We travelled to this hotel from Toronto. The check-in was effortless...our desk clerk offered a few choices of room in our price point. This was great. We stayed in a very comfortable room. The hotel is steps away from all of the shops and restaurants of Beverly Hills. If you're considering staying in this neighbourhood, the Beverly Wilshire is the spot.

It is very close to Universal Studios and offers free parking. There is a 24-hour coffee machine, and bread is provided in the morning. The surrounding area is safe, with various restaurants nearby. In fact, it feels more like a motel than a hotel. However, overall, it was a very satisfying stay. I also appreciate the friendly and professional staff.

I enjoyed my stat at the Olivia Hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and comfortable. It is a motel, but feels like a hotel because of there’s always someone at the office (receptionist during the day, security guard at night). It is a bit loud at night since the hotel is near a busy street, but I didn’t mind it for a night.

Very helpful and friendly staff.

Hotel was great. The quality and style of the hotel was amazing as well. Really impressed

Thank you for everything that made us feel effortless. We appreciate the comfort and care you provided. I’ll happily choose your property again.
