I love this property. I am in L.A. about every 3 months and always chose one hotel to stay at. I recently decided to try Sixty and have now been back 4 times. I have told 2 managers how amazing it is with one suggestion..... Many of the front desk people have no hospitality skills. They don't smile, they don't animate. I had a visitor ask me what what was wrong with them. They stand there flat as can be. If they hate their job, I don't want to feel that as a guest. I will return regardless of their sour pusses. But, I can tell you that as a world traveler... that first greeting makes a HUGE impression. And it costs you nothing.

We love everything about SIXTY Beverly Hills. The staff is wonderful from the moment you step out of your car. Rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants but you'll be hard pressed to beat the food and service at Ella downstairs! There is ONLY valet parking at the hotel ($55/night) but there is street parking nearby if you prefer. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel with the loveliest staff!

This hotel is extremely under-resourced and under-staffed. Restaurant is closed on Mondays so you can’t get any food. There’s no room service available at all and the restaurant has no staff so wait times long.
