Pretty place but pretty terrible.
Nothing on either Expedia or the hotel explained that the restaurant was closed/ That the bar & restaurant upstairs were limited / ($16 salad the size of an orange), and closed on Monday/Tuesday. The 2 days we wanted to lay by the pool and eat/drink.. Like the vacation we'd booked for. Staff were not helpful or apologetic for any of this and insisted we just hadn't read it. Upon triple checking, it is not listed anywhere, and we were still charged amenity fees!
No where does it say that no room cleaning is provided until 4 days (?). We called to ask for clean towels/ bed and were told we should've been told upon check in. We were not, we were still however charged all the extra fees.
We asked if there was no cleaning could we at least have new towels, they said yes they would bring them up. They never did.
We bought our own lunch and drinks, asked for a wine key, they couldn't find one anywhere. Even though they had bottles of wine for sale behind them(?).
Staff said they would bring it upstairs for us, they never did.
Also was told about 4 hours beforehand that there was going to be a scheduled internet outage, so no tv/ internet.
No discount or apologies made. Wouldn't waste my money here again
