"Amazing place, we loved it, kids had a blast. Pictures don't do it justice at all. Carlos, the security guard went above and beyond to make us feel good, i needed some extra coffee after hours and he provided his personal coffee. I offered to pay for it and felt embarrassed as he rejected it, it was just a warm gesture that was not done for a tip, was just because he was such a nice guy being nice on a regular day. "Had a great two night stay at The Lodge at Jaguar Reef. All of the staff members that we interacted with were helpful and accommodating......especially Julio at the front desk! Amazing room and property. Drinks and bartenders from the restaurant bar and the Big Dock bar were awesome. If we ever return to the area I can't imagine not staying here. "

"The room was spotless! The hotel staff were so kind and gracious every day. The young lady at the front desk, Andine, made us feel at home immediately. The view from the balcony was lovely. We were there from Sunday, December 21-Saturday December 27th. The hotel has a casino next door on the ground floor while the hotel rooms are on the 4th floor. The casino noises never bothered us and could not be heard on the 4th floor. The Ramada across the street was extremely noisy on our last night there (Friday) but that’s to be expected on a weekend I guess. I doubt we will go back to Belize because we are getting older and have so many other countries to visit! It was the trip of a lifetime for us and we would recommend the Pickwick Parkview Hotel mostly because of the fantastic staff, Andine and the wonderful (I think her name was Claudette) housekeeper. Spotless. The floors looked like glass! "

"I spent a week at Belizean Shores to celebrate a milestone birthday and it was everything I was hoping for. I loved how clean and spacious the suites were with lots of room to spread out and relax. It was great to be just steps from the beach and the fabulous pool with the swim-up bar, relaxing hot tub, and the comfy lounge beds. The staff was incredibly welcoming and responsive and promptly took care of anything we needed. Note that it is located on the northern part of the island where there aren’t many amenities so you’ll need to drive about 20 minutes to get to town but this didn’t bother us much and we enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Would definitely book here again if we come back. "
