"We had an excellent stay at Falling Leaves. We loved the location on the quiet outskirts of town, but still very close to everything, and right next door to Cahal Pech Archeological Reserve. Paula and the rest of the staff were so warm and welcoming, we felt right at home. Paula was very helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for our tours and had great recommendations. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The grounds had gardens that the staff worked very hard to keep beautiful. We did not use the pool during our stay, but it looked very nice. We were also happy to have a safe place to park our car. The onsite restaurant had very good food, and they were also helpful in accommodating a quick to-go breakfast before an early morning tour. Overall, a wonderful stay, would definitely return!"

"Had a wonderful stay at Ka'ana, highly recommend. The rooms/casitas were fantastic, very clean, comfortable, and the outdoor tub/shower area were gorgeous. Loved the infinity pool and walking around the gardens. Staff was very helpful, and the restaurant was great-great service, great menu, everything we ordered was delicious. Great place to base out of for doing some adventuring around San Ignacio. "

"The staff at Cassia Hill Resort are amazing. Two especially, Abby at the front desk and Carlos the security man were wonderful. Isabella in the restaurant is exceptional! The location is perfect for anyone wanting to do excursions from San Ignacio. The cabins are spacious and clean. The maintenance guys brought us fresh coconuts to drink and eat. Excellent place to stay. My daughter and I stayed 9 days and have great lifetime memories."

"We liked the pool and pool bar on hot afternoons. We stayed in the cabins; the trees have bright lights at night. We did have a small room lizard, scorpion, and ants on different nights, but the staff quickly noted and fixed a running toilet issue."

"Our stay was great, the place is very tranquil and well maintained, although some of the advertised amenities are not available. The hiking trails and the complimentary kayaks are not there so this information should be removed from the property description as misleading."

"The lodge has the kindest and most helpful staff. The cabins were clean, well-stocked, and a joy to stay in. I saw several Toucans, and the food was fabulous!"

"Cahel Pech is a great affordable option in San Ignacio. The pool setup is a fun amenity and meals were delicious and reasonably priced. The hotel was happy to set us up with tours and local drivers too. On a Saturday night, the local town partied loudly until 3am but I can't really fault the hotel for that. The room could be improved with a new mattress and pillows. The view of the town is super nice and there's even a local bunny that is super friendly! Staff is top notch."

"West House is centrally located. Great staff, modern large rooms, good bathroom. No food options available but restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend."
