You definitely will need a 4-wheel drive vehicle to access it (especially in the rainy season). Comfy beds and pillows, cool A/C, lovely pool, beautiful views, all the comforts of home away from home. Stay here, you will not be disappointed! Enjoy!!!"

"This home was lovely and spacious for our family of 5 - comfortable beds, AC, and well appointed! We loved having coffee on the back patio listening to the birds and the plunge pool was refreshing after a day exploring the town. Easy walk (be prepared for the uphill back home) to Cahal Pech and wonderful local restaurants. Great communication with the host - we can’t wait to return!"

"Our family had a great time during our spring break. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for our day trips to the ATM cave, Mayan ruins in Belize, and visiting Tikal. The host was great and met us on arrival and was there for check out. You should also consider arranging for the arrival dinner. It was really good and made for a relaxing first night.the gardens were beautiful, well maintained and the kids loved the pool."

"Overall, the property was great. We did have the hot water heater go out, and there is an air conditioning in every room, but the property manager communicated great greatly and provided us a discount of 50 for the inconvenience of not having hot water for three of our four days there."

"Davina is a unique property just outside of San Ignacio. You're close to town, but feel that you are in the middle of nature, complete with many types of birds, plants and monkeys. The house is very comfortable and the hosts very helpful. This was our second stay and probably won't be our last."

"Rio Mantra was the perfect place for us stay. It offered quiet and seclusion, without being too far from town. The house, pool and hospitality were amazing. "This was our first trip to San Ignacio and we weren’t sure what to expect. There were 7 of us ranging in age from 11 to 46. Here is what we liked and disliked:Pros: Plenty of space and beds/bedrooms, 2 living rooms with couches to hang out together. We didn’t do any cooking, but there is a large kitchen and dining area. Price was great. WiFi worked great throughout the house. There is a gated (doesn’t lock) driveway in front of the house. It’s at a difficult angle but plenty of space to park 1...
