"Amazing place, we loved it, kids had a blast. Pictures don't do it justice at all. Carlos, the security guard went above and beyond to make us feel good, i needed some extra coffee after hours and he provided his personal coffee. "I stayed in a King Deluxe room at thought it was great value. The staff were all excellent, the hotel restaurant was great and the pool was large. Plus, the location was ideal (close enough to walk to the market / downtown but removed enough to be quiet) and there's a large grocery store directly across the street if you want snacks / sunscreen etc. I would certainly stay at Midas Belize again."

"We had a great stay at this hotel, and the staff really went out of their way to make it pleasant. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed spending time on the balcony overlooking the river, where it was easy to relax and watch the birds. Mornings came with the sounds of howler monkeys, and evenings by the river were filled with frogs, which added to the atmosphere. The hotel has a great restaurant, and eating outside in the evenings was very enjoyable. Bug spray is a must, but the geckos on the patio ceiling were clearly doing their best to keep the mosquitoes in check. Overall, it was an easy, relaxing stay, and we’d be happy to come back."
