Well maintained and clean, I always clean our room/ home when we travel and this place was by far the cleanest. My clorox wipes had very little dust/ dirt on them. It is on a swamp area so there are quite a bit of mosquitos. It's also 8 miles from town so it's a bit of a drive from town in San Pedro. The roads are rough and dark. The good was good, just small portions.
