Elevator, button did not work, Ice Machine empty on serval occasions on 2nd floor, I am handicapped all handicapped parking spaces were full with cars that had no handicapped plates or placards. Told the front desk.

The property is within 10 min drive to the hospital. The room was clean and spacious. It was available at the last minute for an emergency.

The outside can be more cleaned and the old trash cars from the back parking lot can be removed from parking lot, those old trash cars makes it look dirty and feels unsafe area. The hotel itself looks like is in the middle of no where. The front of the hotel is not presentable. Shower did not had body wash. The AC hardly worked. Surprised cause usually Marriott’s are not like that.

Large, old motel in great condition, lobby and room were clean. Lobby staff were helpful and professional. But - there is no food to be had in the motel. Motel staff said the hotel was full - but no food served. All nearby restaurants were bars. The Pour House was clean but apart from beer the food was ok, but your options are limited to lettuce salad, wings and burgers. One mile away in Ellicotville is Katy's Cafe. Edna's, at hotel nearby, also had few options. Bring food if you visit this area. We were passing through and needed a spot for the night.
