The only negative was a one in the morning fire alarm malfunction, which made everyone get up and gather in the lobby while th Fire department figured out what was going on. "The Westin always offers great service and hospitality. My aunt and I were in town for the Red Sox vs Yankees game. We wanted a hotel near Back Bay station as we traveled by train as opposed to driving. Conveniently, the Westin provides direct access to the Copley shopping mall, which we love and is also close to the Green line which we required to get to Fenway Park. We love when we can get convenience, cleanliness, and friendly and knowledgeable staff. "

"We arrived at 10:30am after an early flight and our room was ready! Great room to crash after walking the city. Cafe landwer next door was delicious! The free Logan express shuttle from the airport drops you off one block away. I highly recommend if you’re in the back bay area"
