### Charming Cottage, Gorgeous Ocean Views with Large Foliage Fenced Backyard

Enjoy a tranquil stay at this 2-bedroom house in Aptos walking distance down path to ocean with crashing waves and walking paths. Marvelous bedroom details include 1 queen bed with large TV and listen to waves crashing onto surf at night. Second bedroom has ocean view. Darling furniture throughout add to this beach-themed cottage.   
  
The extra large fenced back yard also has a large deck with ocean view, incredible crashing ocean sounds, birds and gorgeous parklike foliage, pelicans and seagulls flying over the ocean and very pretty sunsets. Many options for seating on deck and in yard with tall table and umbrella, sunbath on lounge, work on your computer with good wifi, and a seating fire pit area nearby.   
  
Quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking in driveway just few minutes from Highway. The only thing you hear are birds and the ocean!  
  
The bathroom amenities feature a bidet, shower and tub. Relax in the peaceful surroundings in front of the home, inside with lovely natural lighting and the backyard ocean view deck. There's a nice new electric fireplace with ambiance of a real fire with heating inside living room.  
  
Washer and dryer in garage and dishwasher in kitchen. WiFi with large wall TV in primary bedroom.  
  
Walking distance to best Mexican restaurant around, Manuels, as well as quaint coffee shop, pizza salon and bar. And of course, walking short distance to the gorgeous Seacliff Beach. Incredible weather year long, no smog, no noises except birds, exceptional foliage outside in backyard. Very tranquil and peaceful from the moment you walk in.  
  
Well mannered pets welcome. Dogs love the walk down the wood staircase to the ocean at BeachGate only a few minutes walking distance from the beach cottage. Beach chairs and umbrellas in garage along with beach towels and boogie boards.  
  
Santa Cruz with many wonderful seafood and Mexican restaurants and entertainment nearby as well as downtown shopping in quaint old part of Santa Cruz. Lots of music venues with incredible live music, surfing and hiking.  
  
Very large backyard and pet friendly for well mannered dogs and their owners diligent about cleaning and of course, taking your dog to the beach as well as the dog beach only a short walk or driving distance away!
