Sleeps 8, off street parking for 4 cars with unlimited street parking. 3 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queen), 2 1/2 baths plus convertible office with Queen Murphy bed. Gorgeous inside and out, open floor plan, every amenity including 3 wide screen tvs, kitchen updated in 2021 offers Subzero fridge, Viking range, Gaggenau double ovens, 2 Fisher Paykel double drawer dishwashers. Beautifully manicured fenced yard with 2 Weber grills (gas and charcoal), table seats 8, plus deck seating! Available for Commissioning Week 2024 and 2025. Also available for other Academy events: $800 per night, 3 night minimum, 2024 Commissioning Week $9800 .
