"The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure "

The homeowner that lives upstairs was quiet. if you look at the pictures, you'll know exactly what you're getting, and it's less than 5 minutes to major roadways. "Place was clean, but that is about it. amenites advertized were not accessible, thye double charges us: charges us for the stay as well as what we paid, then accused of stealing a table, leaving "poop" behind, (which we did not do either charges us $400.00 additional cleaning) charges us for a key that was returned, and we were there for less than 4 days..."

"I needed a place to stay in the Marin area while I was in-between jobs. France's studio was perfect. Centrally located between all the little towns in Marin. While easy access to Sir Francis Drake Blvd, the location has a feel of being in the woods. I especially loved all the redwood woods outside the studio. The area is quiet, relaxing and the host, France, was there to answer any and all questions."
