« Well when we got to our stay at 7:30pm it had NOT been cleaned and the 1st thing greeting us was a snotty tissue on the floor! Could NOT contact host which had been a problem since the beginning of this rental process. The 'secure' entry was the door key IN the door lock. No check-in or check-out instructions unless we asked. Owner finally messaged us through the app around 2am. We were forced to stay in the dirty place because we had no where else to go. It was eventually cleaned the next...

Littéralement envahi de SDF et junkies. J'ai connu SF il y a 30 ans. La ville est méconnaissable. Les boutiques et restaurants ont déserté Downtown. Reste la quartier touristique de Pier 39 & Fisherman's Wharf, très agréable »

« Hôtel merveilleux au cœur de San Francisco. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir la ville , situé proche du cable car. Le personnel est extrêmement courtois et accueillant. Check in et Check out rapide. Notre chambre était impeccable pour notre famille de quatre personnes. Peignoirs et chaussons à disposition. La piscine chauffée et jacuzzi avec vue sur la ville, est un gros plus. Dans un espace dédié à la propreté irréprochable. Si nous revenons à San Francisco, nous choisirons à nouveau cet hôtel...
