« The rental was so cute and just the perfect size for 1-2 people. It was just right for me for my short stay in Berkeley. It's conveniently located...close to shopping, UC Berkeley, the subway, other shops, and walkable. There are a few repairs needed, but overall I really enjoyed my stay! »

« The furniture was comfortable and clean, and we loved the beds. We especially loved all the mirrors, which made it easy for our family of four to get ready even though there is just one bathroom. The living room had plenty of seating. The property is centrally located in a clean, safe neighborhood. There is a neighborhood park and a Target just a few blocks away. The parking space provided is adjacent to the property, which is convenient. We enjoyed our stay. »

« This was one of the best experiences with a rental we have had! Girls trip for a 50th bday with ladies ranging from 19 to 50. There was plenty of room for 5 of us ladies without being on top of each other. Great location! We felt very safe and comfortable. Robert was quick to respond to our concerns (very minimal cleanliness (oven)) and offered a resolution immediately. We will definitely be staying here again! Heads up Rob, we will be looking for that repeat customer discount. Jk Very happy! »
