Reede Hardman in Claremont hills close to Claremont Hotel (1 mile from the Rockridge BART metro station - 3-5min drive/uber, 15-20min walk\~ 1.5 miles from UC Berkeley - 5-7min drive/uber\~10 miles from San Francisco - 20min drive/uber). Private entrance, kitchenette, personal bathroom, keypad access. Entire lower floor, patio & koi pond with waterfall is a lovely spot for your dining (ZCSTR2017-0107) The Space: \*The main house was built in the 1920's, the Mediterranean architecture, hardwood floors and French doors add to its charm. \*Located in the proximity of the landmark Claremont Hotel which offers added convenience of Spa, Salon, Massage, Gym, Tennis Club and Fine Dining within two blocks of walking distance. \*Private suite has two rooms one with a queen bed and a personal bathroom. The space is for two people. There is a double bed. \*Kitchenette has a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, French press, refrigerator and kettle/utensils for beverages. \*Free dual band WIFI is available. \*Wooden desk/chair, wooden Lap desks, extra folding tables and chairs are available in the closets. \*Private Patio with Bistro table and chairs near Koi pond is a lovely spot for your yoga and dining. \*Guests staying longer than 5 days can request keys to the laundry room for their personal laundry. \*This is a pet-free and smoke-free environment. \*We strive on keeping the private unit spot-clean and dust-free. Guest Access: \*Your ‘Private Entrance Gate’ – you will need to go DOWN LEFT on the ‘sidewalk’ facing the 'main house'. \*If you enter through the Front entrance gate of the main house, you will need to make a left on the narrow pathway to go to the private suite. \*Please do not park in the driveway of the main house. Permit-Free street parking is available outside the unit. \*Keypad entry code will provided in the 'welcome email' a few days before your scheduled check-in/arrival date.
