« Unfortunately, due to an issue with the heat, we weren't actually able to stay in the apartment. However, from the brief time inside, it was a cute, clean and comfortable flat! My positive review is based on those initial observations but also on the fact that when the issue arose, the owner was responsive and helpful and very easy to work with.
