There was only one hand towel in the bathroom and no drying rack or dish cloth for the dishes, which meant we had to wash and dry everything after each meal (we were two people). Although the host eventually understood what we needed and said he would provide hand towels and dish cloths, we only received a rag after several follow-ups. He initially said they didn’t provide rags and later mentioned...

« Gary was great to work with. We communicated a few times before arrival. He was always very prompt in returning emails. When we needed to add a day on the front end of our stay, he made it happen quickly. Apartment convenient to downtown. About a 5 minute walk to the metro train to take to Stampede Stadium. One additional benefit we liked, as it was cold a couple of days we were there, the bathroom floor is heated. »

« The apartment was beautiful, however some of the lights were not working and some of the doors were not cleaned properly so leaving them open didn’t seem like an option. I also had to ask for the check in instructions several times before they were sent.
